As your licensed Massage Therapist I believe no Massage should be just "a standard massage" I tailor each one to the needs of my clients.

When you first arrive for your massage, i will spend time asking you about specific concerns and trouble spots. Next, i will listen carefully to what you have to say!!

Then using my special training and expertise, I'll give your troubled areas extra TLC during your massage.

 

Massage can also be tailored in the following ways

1. Full Hour or Half Hour

2. Chair or Table Massage

3. Using aromatherapy-essential oils and scented lotions, if desired.

4. Hot Packs can be added

5. Cold Packs can be added

6. Biofreeze can be added

 

For your convenience I offer Day, Evening and Weekend Massage Appointments.

 

I graduated from the Finger Lakes School of Massage in Ithaca,NY in 2003 with 1000 hours of training in Anatomy, Physiology, Hydrotherapy and Massage Therapy.

Since receiving my license I have always owned my own Massage Therapy Business. I started my Practice in Waterloo NY and as my Business grew and I needed more space i expanded and started offering massage in seneca falls. Not only do i believe in life-long learning, i also love to learn ! Consequently since graduating from massage school, i have become certified in Hot Stone Massage and Foot Reflexology as well as Zero Balancing, I offer all these new modalities in my Therapeutic Massage Practice. I also Specialize  in Therapeutic Massage for people who have Diabetes, Fibromyalgia, Headaches ( migraine and tenson ) issue of the lower back and hips and Issues of the back and neck.

Finally, I am a life-long resident of Seneca Falls and I am dedicated to helping people in my community be as healthy as possible
